Please read the following and confirm by clicking below:

I confirm that I am the member of the faculty responsible for supervising those students who will be attending FHSMUN 32 in all aspects of preparation for and attendance at the conference. I have the permission and authorization of both the school and the parents of conference attendees to oversee the actions and be responsible for the safety of the conference attendees. I will be responsible for the behavior of my delegates during the entire period they are at FHSMUN or in transit to and from the conference. I guarantee that they will comply with the rules of the FHSMUN , Inc., and hotel security throughout this same period. I have reviewed this application and confirm all information contained herein is accurate.
