Committee Rating: The Ad Hoc committee is appropriate for all levels of delegates. Delegates and Advisors should be aware that the Ad Hoc committee does not pass resolutions but rather writes a comprehensive report dealing with the committee's topic. The Ad Hoc committee functions in a more informal and collegial manner.
